Mangal II

Mangal II is the Dirik family’s Dalston ocakbaşı, opened in 1994 and now run as a sharper modern Turkish restaurant without losing the charcoal grill at its centre. Expect seasonal small plates, house-made bread and ferments, smoky meat and vegetables, and thoughtful wines rather than a standard mixed-grill menu.
