Caldera is an independent Mexican-inspired restaurant and bar in the Monohaus building near London Fields. Baja-style fish tacos, slow-cooked meat, burritos and more inventive plates such as blackened octopus make it useful for both a quick lunch and a full table, while margaritas and mezcal carry the drinks list.
