Bar Valette is Isaac McHale’s informal sibling to The Clove Club, built around rustic food from southern France and northern Spain: snacks, seafood, slow-cooked dishes, sherry and a strong French and Spanish wine list. It is temporarily closed, with the official site promising a return in late summer 2026.
